The Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem (HBAWS) presents the 2014 Spring Parade of Homes, two week-ends: April 26, 27 & May 3, 4, Saturdays and Sundays, 1 – 5 pm. The Spring Parade is one of the largest marketing events in the Triad for new home construction and has the added feature this year of Remodeled Spaces. Both developments and new home construction will be open for tours both weekends. The Remodeled Spaces Tour will take place the second weekend only (May 3, 4).
HBAWS is excited to announce that Piedmont Federal Savings Bank is sponsoring the Spring Parade of Homes again this year. Visit the #1 home on the tour to enter a drawing for a chance to win a beautiful handcrafted artisan birdhouse. Entries can be submitted both weekends of the Parade at the #1 house on the tour, Builder: Alan Fletcher Construction Company, Inc., address: 4478 Timberfield Drive, Pfafftown. Entries can also be submitted the second weekend only at the Lasater Estate, 7980 Valleyview Drive, Clemmons. Entry deadline: May 4, 5pm. Winners to be announced week of May 5 by Piedmont Federal Savings Bank.
